License Not found

Werk24 will search for the license file in different places, you can find which paths it explores by setting the log-level to INFO.

werk24 --log-level info health-check

Note

Werk24 is a commercial software and requires you to use a license. If you do not have one, you can create a trial license with werk24 init. Please get in touch with us for a full license.

Websocket Connection failed

Some IT departments restrict WebSocket connections, which may prevent Werk24 from functioning correctly.

If werk24 health-check indicates that the connection to the WebSocket endpoint was unsuccessful, contact your IT department. They will need the WebSocket (wss) address to grant an exception and allow the connection.
