IdentifierStakeholder

IdentifierStakeholder names whose numbering an Identifier belongs to: the supplier, the owner of the drawing, or the customer requesting the part. A title block routinely carries the same physical part under two or three different numbers, one per party, and without this field they arrive as an unordered set of strings with no way to tell which system each one belongs to.

Use it to pick the number your own system keys on, to build the cross-reference between a customer's part number and your own, and to avoid the common failure of filing a customer's drawing number as if it were your own. The field is optional: it is populated when the drawing says which party a number belongs to, and left unset when it does not, so absence means "not stated" rather than "ours".
